Ad-hoc onsite and remote business support
Corrilan IT Consultancy Ltd offer onsite and remote support as and when required to business users. We do not tie users into costly monthly contracts so you do not have to pay for support if not required. This also provides flexibility allowing your business to move between support and service providers quickly and easily.
We work with a range of businesses who approach us just every six months to give their systems a health check and provide advice and recommendations on new systems to improve business efficiency - data backup, Virtual Private Network (VPN) and telecommunications systems being some of the products we have supplied to aid business goals.
Other business clients make use of Corrilan IT Consultancy Ltd on a weekly basis, treating us as their in-house IT Support department to ensure that data backups are working correctly, recovery of data, convening with third party software providers and answering end user queries.
We provide onsite support primarily along the A13 and A127 corridor but often travel further afield to clients in London, Norfolk and Suffolk for example as requirements dictate. Our remote support tools allow us to work on clients systems many hundreds of miles away as well as reduce the cost of support to the end user.
Hourly rates
Onsite support hourly rate is currently £85.00 as at January 2023. Call out charges apply for clients beyond our usual operating area.
Remote support hourly rate is currently £55.00 as at January 2023.
Out of hours support is charged at time and a half weekdays and double time weekends.
Our normal business hours are 9:00am - 17:30pm Monday to Friday.
Where do we work?
Our business service engineers primarily operate in the regions of Thurrock and Rochford in Essex - along the A13 and A127. We service some clients further afield such as London, Norfolk and Suffolk using our remote control capabilities - allowing us to take control of the clients computer from our offices. We are willing to send engineers further afield upon special request if required.
